SimpliCover is a multilingual digital insurance platform built to simplify how users explore, purchase, and manage insurance coverage online. The goal was to create more than a corporate website. It needed to function as a secure, self-service insurance system that supports full digital sales while remaining accessible to both English and French users.

I designed and developed the platform on WordPress, combining Elementor for a clean, conversion-focused interface with a structured backend powered by WooCommerce, Ultimate Member, Fluent Forms, and custom post types. TranslatePress was implemented to deliver a seamless bilingual experience, allowing users to switch between English and French without disrupting functionality or user flows.

From the homepage to the checkout process and user dashboard, every critical touchpoint was translated and structured for consistency across both languages. This ensured policy information, enrollment forms, and transactional emails remained clear and accessible to a wider audience.

WooCommerce powers the policy purchase system, transforming insurance products into structured, purchasable items. Stripe was integrated for secure online payments, providing a smooth and trusted checkout experience.

Policies were built using custom post types, allowing for scalable organization, better filtering, and clean backend management as new products are introduced. Access control was implemented through Ultimate Member, ensuring users only see policies tied to their accounts once logged in.

Fluent Forms was used to create dynamic enrollment workflows, capturing insured person details and policy data efficiently. Automated email notifications were configured to confirm purchases and communicate policy updates, supporting a complete digital customer journey.

The search functionality was refined to prioritize user-specific results for authenticated users while maintaining proper content restriction for guests. Sensitive policy data remains protected and visible only to the rightful policyholder.

The result is a live, bilingual insurance platform that supports digital sales, secure policy management, and scalable growth across multiple language audiences.
